Provided it can be found locally, I will use your favourite type of Pasta.
The Pasta will be served with a homemade sauce, like Fresh Tomato and Basil, Classic Bolognese, Spicy Arrabbiata, Creamy Carbonara orYellow Curry with Bacon and Greenpeas.

Risotto (Italian rice specialty)
A creamy and smooth Risotto cooked following the original Italian recipe.
It can be prepared with asparagus, mushrooms, red or white wine, pumpkin, leeks, saffron, and many other ingredients. It is served hot topped with melty grated cheese and made creamy with butter or Ricotta.
Layers and layers of baked pleasure. Lasagne can be filled with tomato sauce, minced meat, mozzarella, ham, courgettes, mixed vegetables... basically anything you'd like. They are enriched by a creamy béchamel sauce and baked to be nice and crunchy on top.
Hearty and rich, soups are perfect for the chilly English winter and, served cold, fantastic for the hottest summer weather. They all come with crunchy bread croutons.
My special soups are Greenpeas and Curry, Leeks and Potatoes, Pumpkin, and French grill-baked Onion and Cheese Soup; but please remember that if you have a request I would be more than happy to satisfy it.
Thai-style Chicken or Prawns
Hot red curry paste and coconut milk blend perfectly in this dish, creating a balance between hot and sweet. Served with white Basmati rice.
It is possible to have a hotter or a milder version of this dish.
The classic Chinese dish: roasted almonds, small chunks of pan fried chicken, some veggies and a thick and tasty sauce. Served with Basmati rice.
Italian-style Veggie Pie
You choose the vegetable, I add cheese and puff pastry and we have a delicious pie! Some suggestions? Courgettes, spinach, broccoli, asparagus...
Spicy Cashews Chicken or Prawns
This tasty plate is a personal creation: a mix of coconut and crushed cashews create crunchy bites in this spicy chicken or prawns recipe. Served with Basmati rice with a delicate coconut flavour.
Red Wine Roast
This dish tastes great, looks great and the smell of red wine and meat will be irresistible! Cooked to your taste, served with carrots and roasted rosemary potatoes.
Cotoletta alla Milanese (Veal breaded cutlet)
A thin but large piece of veal prepared following the Italian recipe to make it irresitibly crunchy: first dipped into egg yolks, then breaded and fried .
Served with roasted rosemary potatoes or with any vegetable of your choice.

And, to give them your own signature, you can fill them with cheese, bacon, caramelized onions, tomatoes fresh lettuce and anything you could think of !
