Italian Meatballs
Small, lightly fried, meat and cheese treats, everyone loves them! They can be served with freshly made Mayonnaise or with a classic tomato sauce.
Veggieballs
My vegetarian version of the classic Meatballs, made with fresh mixed vegetables and melty cheese... be quick or the kids will eat them all!
Pil Pil Prawns
Originally a Spanish dish, these prawns are cooked with garlic and chilly pepper in extra-virgin olive oil. They come served with bread croutons because you will not want to leave any of the spicy sauce behind!
Peppers with Anchovies Sauce
This is a dish from my birth city: Torino.
The peppers get grill baked in the oven until they are soft, then a smooth and warm melted anchovies and garlic sauce is poured on them: the sweet pepper/salty anchovies contrast is just perfect. You can ask for a no garlic version of this dish.
Tuna or Salmon Mousse
An airy and light Tuna or Salmon Mousse, made with Vodka and crème fraiche, ready to spread on freshly toasted Ciabatta bread slices.
Bruschetta
Everyone knows and loves Bruschetta! The bread with a hint of garlic, the fresh chopped tomatoes, a leaf of basil and just a drizzle of extra-virgin oil.
Smoked Salmon Crostini
Grilled bread slices with smoked salmon and a delicious chives and onion sour cream. Served with a creamy capers sauce.
